We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Local pickup orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe after purchase.
